MATTAWAN, May 24, 2006: Don't miss out on the exciting developments that are occurring with non-invasive molecular imaging in pharmaceutical research at the upcoming summit, Advances in Therapeutic Discovery and Drug Development: Molecular Imaging in Translational Research. Sponsored by MPI Research, in collaboration with the Society of Non-Invasive Imaging in Drug Development and the Academy of Molecular Imaging, this summit will be held in the heart of the life sciences corridor of southwest Michigan at historic Brook Lodge, the original estate of The Upjohn Company founder.

The summit, which will take place from September 20th through the 22nd, 2006, is packed with research findings, recent innovations, and practical applications that all focus on the enormous potential of molecular imaging technologies in the therapeutics discovery and development process. The implications of the FDA's Critical Path initiative relative to non-invasive imaging technologies will be specifically explored. Most importantly, attendees will have the opportunity to have tactical and strategic discussions with world renowned thought leaders about their own drug discovery journeys.
